Terms and conditions

- Timbalé Mastery membership is personal and non-transferable.
- The Timbalé Mastery membership lasts for 1 calendar month from the start date confirmed by the client and is independent of the class number in which the course is held. The student has the autonomy to choose which spaces they wish to attend according to the chosen membership and during its validity.
- Timbalé Mastery membership includes all short course classes, regular courses and group workshops of the school, regardless of the level and during the official schedule according to the program. It also includes workshops and events that take place outside the school's programming in social events and other spaces that are established in the event's communication.
- Timbalé Mastery Membership There is no class replacement . Once the plan expires, the student will not have access to the services offered by the membership until it is renewed.
- Purchasing a membership does not create any permanence link in the school or in the plan. People can acquire the plan they want if they do not want to continue using the TimbaléMastery membership, taking into account the conditions of each one.
- The start of courses and workshops at the venue is subject to capacity, therefore, Timbalé reserves the right to adjust these dates or cancel an event or class. In such cases, clients will be notified as far in advance as possible and options for adjusting dates will be offered, if applicable. Likewise, specific cases will be reviewed due to holiday seasons, unforeseen events and other conditions that may affect the normal development of Timbalé courses.
- In cases of absence due to force majeure, our school must be notified in writing through appropriate means to review the membership conditions at least 5 days prior to the change in conditions, In any case, no refunds or returns will be made.
Cancellations and refunds
Customers have the right to cancel their services at any time before the start date, taking into account that once the service provision has started, the plans will not be refundable or reimbursed.
Cancellation must be notified in writing to our school via email info@timbale.com.co
For cancellations made at least 5 calendar days in advance, a full refund of the payment made (if any) will be granted. Eligibility for refunds on late cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the service purchased.
Where applicable, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving a valid cancellation notice. The actual refund of the money will depend on the times stipulated by each of the payment platforms or banks used.
