About the plans
Full Memberships apply to all courses according to level.
Short Course Plans apply for one (1) short course chosen according to the schedule.
Short course plans are personal and non-transferable.
Short Course Plans are offered for one hour per week, depending on the start of the course. If you start in the middle of the course, you will be charged a proportional fee, which applies only to courses without a promotion.
Purchasing this plan does not create any permanence link in the school or in the plan, this can be changed according to the user's convenience and taking into account the conditions of each plan or membership available.
The start of the course at the venue is subject to the capacity of the venue, therefore, Timbalé reserves the right to adjust these dates or cancel an event or class. In such cases, clients will be notified as far in advance as possible and rescheduling options will be offered. Likewise, specific cases will be reviewed due to holiday seasons, unforeseen events and other conditions that may affect the normal development of Timbalé courses.
Short Course Plans do not include class replacement in the event of non-attendance that is not due to force majeure. In cases of non-attendance due to force majeure, this must be notified in time and the client can make up the class during the month in other available spaces according to Timbalé's schedule.
Late income.
For new students starting for the first time at Timbalé, the monthly plan purchased is adjusted proportionally to the class they enter (discounts cannot be accumulated) according to the following table:
Class 1 of the month: 100% of the monthly plan
Class 2 of the month: 75% of the monthly plan
Class 3 of the month: 50% of the monthly plan
Class 4 of the month: Unit value x 1 class
For former students who, due to personal circumstances, must enroll in their next plan late, the monthly fee will be charged per class, according to the current price per class.
Or, with a justified excuse notified in time, you can pay the full value of the plan and make up the classes in other available spaces according to the current schedule.
Cancellations and refunds
Customers have the right to cancel their services at any time before the start date, taking into account that once the service provision has begun, the plans will not be refundable or reimbursed.
Cancellation must be notified in writing to our school via email info@timbale.com.co
For cancellations made at least 5 calendar days in advance, a full refund of the payment made (if any) will be granted. Eligibility for refunds on late cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the service purchased.
Where applicable, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving a valid cancellation notice. The actual refund of the money will depend on the times stipulated by each of the payment platforms or banks used.
